Video Request: How to do Mayan Massage to relieve Endo Pain

I have had a request to demonstrate how to do the Mayan Massage technique that I learnt back in London. It is an incredibly soothing and effective tool to use for your Endometriosis to really reduce pain and inflammation in the area. Within the video I give you a basic demonstration but I do encourage you to see a Mayan Massage practitioner – if you can – and have an actual Mayan Massage done for you. It is so soft and gentle and you will feel so cared for and loved. It is really a beautiful experience.

I did a full weekend of learning about Mayan Massage and it was incredible to make some connection with my Uterus and my personal journey with Endometriosis and of course, being a Women. This stuff is so delicately connected.

I do highly recommend incorporating Mayan Massage into your daily routine – just do it when you wake up and when you go to bed. It is all about encouraging blood flow to the Uterus, which then encourages healing and detoxification.

You cannot do Mayan Massage “wrong” but I do tend to avoid doing it during my heavy days of my period, to allow the Uterus to just “do it’s thing :)) It is better to encourage flow to come out than to remain stuck in the body.
